Colt eligibles square off at Monticello

On Tuesday, June 7, nine Hambletonian eligibles will square off in nine separate divisions of the $180,000 New York Sire Stakes (NYSS) for soph-colt trotters at Monticello Raceway.  

There are no eligibles in the first division.  

The second division is worth $20,334. The only eligible is Rarely Ordinary (Conway Hall).  

In the $19,934 third division, there are two eligibles—Market Rebound (Credit Winner) and House On Fire (Conway Hall).   

In the $19,934 fourth division, one eligible will take on the field. He is New Zion (Conway Hall).  

The $20,334 fifth division features two hopefuls—Whitewater Rapids (Credit Winner) and Johnny B Kemp (Credit Winner). Watch Whitewater Rapids in this event, we are expecting his best race to date.  

In the $19,934 sixth division, one eligible will go to post. He is Evil Urges (Cash Hall).   

In the $19,934 seventh division, Tiger’s Too Good (Conway Hall) is the only eligible and the one to watch in this race.   

There are no eligibles in the eighth division.  

In the $19,934 final division, Typical Newyorker (Conway Hall) is the only eligible going to the gate.
